To cancel your reservation, please contact us by email and include your reservation dates and booking number.
Payments are refunded to the original cardholder via credit card minus 5%.
HIGH SEASON: May 15 to September 30
Three or more night stays: No refunds if cancelled 30 days before your reservation date otherwise you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
One-night Stay: No refunds if cancelled 14 days before your reservation date otherwise you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
LOW SEASON: October to May 14
Three or more night stays: You will be charged for one day if cancelled 7 days before your reservation date otherwise you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
One-night Stay: No refund if cancelled 2 days or less before your reservation date otherwise you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
