CANCELLATION POLICY:
High Season:* cancellations of 3 or more night bookings are charged if cancelled within 30 days of your reservation.
Low Season: any 3 or more night bookings cancelled within 1 week of your reservation will be charged one night.
1 Night Stay: you may cancel 3 days in advance in low season and be refunded. You may cancel 7 days in advance in high season and be refunded.
Cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee.
